Optical measurement of geometric profiles
G3F laser triangulation devices are miniaturized, fast, portable, wireless, ergonomic, versatile, and configurable IIoT devices for various industrial applications. Measurement uncertainty is managed using patented Artificial Intelligence algorithms, and image quality is optimized via an integrated colour sensor.

GAP&FLUSH
It quickly and accurately measures the distance (gap) and misalignment (flush) between adjacent surfaces. The on-board embedded Artificial Intelligence allows it to measure any surface (metal, plastic, glass and more) regardless of colour, surface finish, or material transparency, thus reducing uncertainty and increasing result reliability. Measured values are displayed directly on the device for immediate operator feedback and sent via Wi-Fi to the network infrastructure and can be viewed on a computer connected with the G3F-Viewer software.

The System
G3F-VIEWER — Viewer Software
The G3F-Viewer software is the Microsoft Windows software interface for the G3F device, available both in the Profilometer and Gap&Flush versions. It allows viewing the results of measurement operations performed with the instrument and analysing the data collected. G3F-Viewer operates both ONLINE (with Wi-Fi connection) and OFFLINE (without Wi-Fi connection).
